One Tough Lil Girl!

Our little Riles had surgery at CCMC to remove her bronchial cleft cyst on her neck. She was such a tough little girl and we were so proud of her! She even had her tongue tie snipped. The only thing that kept her happy was to walk around and around and around the hospital floor or get a ride in one of the cozy coupes. The nurses were so nice there too! They took such good care of our Riley. Once we were discharged the next morning we were sooooo out of there, we even left with her hospital attire on! haha! Love you Riles!!!

Sisters!

Riley is going to have a little sister coming early June!!! I made cupcakes for work to celebrate the big news and was going to frost them in either pink or blue and pink it was!

So should Santa just go to Target and get little Riles some kitchen gadgets? Maybe some nice Tupperware?? Haha! Love how kids find the strangest things to entertain themselves with! She also loves junk mail by the way! She pretends to read it and takes it very seriously, spreads the envelopes and papers all over the floor, it is too funny!

Riley's Christmas Photo Shoot

I wanted to take some pics of Riley for our family holiday card and she is such a busy body! Everytime I sat her down she would get right up and run around. I got some cute shots in my little set up I put together in the basement but the best shots were her sitting on the desk in the office giggling away watching puppies squealing and babies laughing on you tube!

DIY Photo Garland

Craftiness must run in the family! Check out the garland that my aunt made with her 2 grand daughters for their christmas tree. They found a bunch of old and new pics, made copies in black and white, had them laminated and strung them with beads and little trinkets! What a great idea!

‘Tis the season for some holiday cards! It’s that time of year again when we share with our loved ones greetings wishing a joyous Christmas season and New Year! It seems more and more we are getting holiday photo cards these days and I just love those!!! And for some reason I just can’t throw them away so every year I compile a stack of holiday cards with photos of friends and family. And each year when I go back to that pile of loved ones it is crazy to see how they have grown through the years! Now that I have a little one, we want to send out a photo card so this year we will be using Shutterfly for our Christmas cards. They have the best designs to choose from and great prices too! Once you choose a design, you enter your text, upload your picture(s) and then they let you view a preview and tada! Done! And I can’t wait to see all the holiday cards we get this year!
